    These guys are amazing

    These guys are amazing. You buy leads you need to be buying from them, we are running a 20x ROI off of them and they do an amazing job. Their communication is constant, they correct their own mistakes and they produce daily. Great company, great people, you can not go wrong using them. They don't want detainers, they don't want long term commitments and they don't need them because their leads are prequalified. Imagine how nice it is walking into a home and the prospect knows what to expect, everyone is on same page before they even meet. My only complaint, can't get enough of their leads

    Best lead generation I have ever done by far

    I own an HVAC company in North East Ohio. I have done a lot with lead generation and I still do. I met with Local Leap almost 2 months before signing on with them and am so mad at myself for not just signing up that day. They have been great. Not only do they do EXACTLY what they say but their communication has been amazing. I had to turn off much of my other lead generation services to keep up with what they are giving me.

    Excellent Experience With A Long Term Marketing Partner

    Í worked with about 4 other marketing…

    Í worked with about 4 other marketing vendors, all of whom failed to produce the promised results. I was starting to think they were all a scam. Local Leap has renewed my faith in online marketing. They are 10x more responsive than previous agencies and are churning out qualified leads at around 4-5x the rate of the other agencies for the money. Sean is engaged and very active in innovating, optimizing and troubleshooting and is still low maintenance. It's as close to turn-key as you'll find out there.

Do you guarantee leads?
We guarantee something stronger: you only pay when a qualified homeowner shows up on a booked appointment. Lead counts are noise. Shown appointments put money on the table. The risk sits with us, not you.
Do I pay for the ad spend?
No. On our pay-per-appointment model, we cover the ad spend and the creative. You pay only when a qualified homeowner actually shows up. Most agencies, including the ones that claim pay-per-X, still hand the ad bill to you. We don't.
What does this cost?
Pay-per-appointment clients pay a flat fee per shown appointment. No per-lead games, no spend markup. The right number for your market depends on territory, ticket size, and how much volume you can actually run, which is what we size on the call.
How is this different from Angi, HomeAdvisor, or Thumbtack?
Shared-lead platforms sell the same lead to three to five contractors. Speed-to-answer wins and unqualified rates run 50 to 70 percent. How fast do you contact leads?
